We worked with Mike Head and had a great experience. I've never been treated so well at a dealership before. They found a very small rock chip in the windshield I missed during the final detail after the deal was done and even fixed that and delivered the truck to me 2 hours away. They also seen it had 2 open recalls and took care of those while they had it there. The truck I bought didn't have a second set of keys and after the deal was made they even got me a second key for it. They went above and beyond any other dealership I've ever experienced and gave me a very fair price on my trade. We will definitely be back for out next vehicle purchase.

Jimmy and Greg at Heller Ford El Paso truly blew my mind with their attentiveness and desire to please me as the customer, we had a bit of miscommunication at first during our transaction and I was rather upset. Instead of sweeping me under the rug and moving on to the next sale, my salesperson Jimmy Taylor and the general manager Greg Head, went to great lengths to make sure I was totally happy with the rest of the transaction and, in fact, kept the deal alive. I'm very happy I chose Heller Ford and I would again. I would also recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle as I do believe they will do the best they can for their customers. Ian was outstanding to work with. Buying a vehicle remotely is challenging. I worked with several other dealerships who's only concern is to get clients to come into the store. I wasn't able to so they were not interested. Ian was very open and effective at doing everything remotely. They were fair on the trade in and the delivery fee was very reasonable. I will definitely start here with Ian again for my next vehicle purchase.

Retrieved multiple vehicles for comparison to help with decision making. All internal dealership administrative actions moved quickly (trade valuation, finance, vehicle prep, vehicle handling off). This was my sixth car from Heller in the past 2 years. I decided this time around to lease instead of buy. This would be my first time leasing and my go-to sales guy, Jody, was very helpful in guiding me along the way. This whole process was done at a distance mind you since I live 4 hours away. Over the course of a week Jody kept in constant contact with me and answering any questions I had along the way. Cody in finance was also very helpful and quick to answer my questions which I greatly appreciated. Considering everything that had to get done the process was over before I knew it and I was driving my new truck. I know Heller is 4 hours away but it doesnt matter to me because Heller is one of the few dealerships I trust. They dont play games like a lot of other dealerships. I have known Cory Bellot for roughly 15 years now and has always taken care of my family. I picked out a vehicle online and contacted a Heller salesman. Put down a retainer by phone and test drove the f150 lightning 2 days later. Drove that puppy home and been enjoying the new experience. Same salesman provided instant help when I ran into a setup hiccup a couple of days later.
