Being told your engine is toast is something no one ever wants to hear and I feel so bad for the poor mechanic that had to break the news to me when I’m over an hour from home. My wife and I were visiting family and in the market for a new minivan and had a bad experience at another dealership. We heard that the folks at Heller would treat us well so we made the trip up to El Paso and within 2 minutes of being there we met Steve who was absolutely stellar from the get-go. I drove up today to have them install the part. They again informed me there was no charge. He even made sure that he told me to use 2 Ss and Ls when writing my review. Tom talked over me numerous times and told me I don't know what I'm talking about. The head of Service (Pat Jordan) said he heard the knocking sound, but that it was common for V8's. When I told him about the Service Bulletin and gave him the bulletin number, he said, "Where did you get that? YouTube?" I told him that the bulletin requires a Technician to remove the plug and and scope the cylinder. He said we're not doing that. The vehicle was ran at idle, fluid levels checked, and no codes. So that was as far as they are going. I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. It's a shame because the Salesman (Ross Ketcham) is the best in the business. By far the best Sales experience I've ever had.

This was my first purchase from Heller and it will definitely not be my last. I bought a used 2020 F150, and a couple weeks later developed an issue with the balljoints, and my local dealership was not willing to do the repair do to a lift kit that was previously installed on the truck. Mike, from service, spoke with my local dealership and ended up sending a flat bed the next day to bring my truck back to Heller and complete the repair, then delivered the truck back to the other dealership, all at no cost to me. The buying process was such an enjoyable experience, but the after care is really what sets Heller apart. Everyone I've dealt with this far (Tyler, Sales - RJ, Finance - Mike, Service) has been so kind and helpful. I really can't speak highly enough. Heller Ford was an exceptional experience from start to finish! It makes perfect sense why I see so many Heller license plate frames in my town about an hr and a half away. Sara was a fabulous sales person, was able to find things that met my must haves list within my budget. I also dealt with Brett and RJ in the finance department and I can’t say enough. This was the least “car salesperson” experience I’ve ever had. They delivered what they said they would, and it was actually a great car buying experience. I would highly highly recommend Heller Ford and will absolutely make future car purchases through them!

Monte and RJ are both extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They made the process easy and answered every question without need to get someone else. I appreciate their knowledge and their passion for their respective positions. Will be buying from again!

I took my 2020 truck with 190k miles in for service and unfortunately it needed a significant repair. Heller Ford was fantastic to work with. They were transparent with pricing/timing of the repair, and excellent with communication throughout the whole process. They figured out a difficult and intermittent mechanical issue I was having. When I eventually purchase another vehicle or need a future repair this will be the first and only place I will go.

Purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco. Everything went great. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and helpful and went out of their way. Should have gotten a little bit more on my trade, but I did not make it an issue because I really wanted the vehicle. Overall, very happy.
