I needed some parts for my Bronco. Greg in parts went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I wasn't able to get in during the week so they left the parts at the Quick Lane for me to pick up on Saturday. I was in the market here in Indiana for an F250. I searched all over Indy and surrounding areas for the best deals. Thinking these prices around here were too high. I broaden my search to a 200 mile radius. That’s when I found my dream F250 2026 Lariat FX4 sitting on Heller Fords lot in Illinois. I inquired about the truck and talked to the sales rep. Got all the details, my trade in amt, and financing covered over the phone. All I had to do now was drive to Heller Ford and pick my truck up. It was waiting for me right there. I walked in, formally met my sales guy, test drove the truck, and straight to finance manager. Finance manager made that process easy. He also went one step further and found a promotion that was sent to me in the mail from Ford that I didn’t even know about. I feel they did a good job. I think with their high inventory of trucks. They didn’t have to mark them way up like most dealerships. Very highly recommended. Worth the 3hr drive to Illinois. I’ll be visiting them again on my next truck.

We travelled to many dealerships in Indianapolis/Bloomington/Terre Haute/Brazil Indiana and many times the vehicles looked nothing like the images. When I contacted Heller Ford, we were connected with Jason Lyczak. From the very beginning the service we received from him was honestly shocking as it was nothing like what we got from other dealerships. I felt he was very honest, sent detailed videos and went over everything we needed without us even asking. We put a hold on a vehicle due to the drive was just under 3 hours away. We ended up purchasing the 2017 GMC Yukon XL. It only had 87k miles, we denied the extended warranty coverage. On the drive home, a service suspension system came on. I sent it to Jason and he got with the manager and service department and they drove all the way to us to pick the vehicle up, fix it, then returned it with a full tank of gas (keep in mind thats just under 6 hours of driving) I am absolutely shocked at their whole customer service and I will forever buy vehicles from them if we need another. Their service is absolutely unmatched and they truly take care of you as a customer to make things right even when they didnt have to since we didnt buy the extended warranty! Thank you!

Good value and smooth transaction. Had a little trouble with, after the deal was consummated, the F&I guy couldn’t give us the interest rate we were promised. Seemed kinda sketchy…….. What was supposed to be a Ford Credit 2.9 rate all of a sudden couldn’t do because of rebates. Almost had to settle for a 5% loan.

Driving through and needed my wheels torqued after a rotation. No appointment. Mike at one of the service desks grabs a torque wrench, follows me to my truck and torque them all, on the spot. No muss, no fuss, no charge. Who does that these days? Well, Mike at Heller Ford did it - this day. Thank you!

They only had one key at the time. Allison Carr reached out to me a few days later and set up a time to come back and get second key programmed. They washed vehicle and filled gas tank and washer fluid. Will definitely return for all related services and future vehicles. Thanks Heller! Great job.

1 of the best car dealership experiences I’ve had. I worked with Kyle, He was great, very knowledgeable punctual and just all-around great customer service. He even made contact with me on his day off! I was an out-of-state buyer. I flew to the airport. They came and picked me up. Everything worked out great. Noah, Kris, and John, all were great. Noah did a great job at finding a vehicle that would fit my daughter after much difficulty. They all were friendly, understanding, truthful, upfront and honest with her. Everyone went above and beyond to help her. While buying a new car was not on my bingo card for 2026 (or even 2027), breaking down close to heller was a blessing in disguise. Monte, kris, and the service team were absolutely phenomenal. Being told your engine is toast is something no one ever wants to hear and I feel so bad for the poor mechanic that had to break the news to me when I’m over an hour from home. I went from panicked and hysterically crying trying to figure out what I was going to do to being on my way out the door in a brand new vehicle within a couple hours. The process was easy and they helped me find the best deal they could while listening to me have a quarter life crisis in their lobby. I felt seen, heard, and in trusted hands. I urge everyone to please make the drive out here. I know I definitely will be when I need my next car or my daughters need their first! I also recommend the quick lane in the back! They were so kind and were so empathetic yet straight up with me. Sorry yall had to break some bad news 😅

Outstanding buying experience with Tyler. He did a phenomenal job keeping us in the loop as it was a used car that was getting some final prep work done before we took it home. Very smooth buying process, with the whole staff helping get us in and out as quickly as possible - far different from other buying experiences we had. My wife and I were visiting family and in the market for a new minivan and had a bad experience at another dealership. We heard that the folks at Heller would treat us well so we made the trip up to El Paso and within 2 minutes of being there we met Steve who was absolutely stellar from the get-go. He was very patient with us and very personable. He never once tried to ‘push the sale’. It felt like he was genuinely interested in helping us make the best decision. We ultimately found a great Pacifica for a great price with all the things that were important to us. We live in Tennessee but if we ever need a new vehicle, I would absolutely go back to Heller.

Our experience at Heller Ford with Mike Bigger has been very positive two times. All staff are professional and no pressure. They were open to working wish and meeting our needs.
